Restaurant Menu, Brochure, & Table Tent

Pasta Amore was a new restaurant that catered to families and hoped to share traditional Italian dishes filled with love. They had a style guide that clearly defined many aspects of their branding such as their color palette, logo (and its variations), and primary typography. I was tasked with creating a menu, brochure, and table tent that follow their style guide and send a cohesive branding message.

The restaurant's mission is to provide a modern twist on timeless classics. With all of this in mind, I collected some stock photos of well know Italian dishes and edited them to enhance their colors, making them look more appealing. I also decided to use Goudy Old Style as the main typeface throughout this project, because it has a classic yet modern feel to it and it is readable at smaller sizes.

I used frames consistently throughout the creation of these designs to preserve that classic feeling, and other visuals helped support this endeavor, such as the tablecloth used on the table tent. The menu, brochure, and table tent all form a visual system designed to attract clientele to Pasta Amore and to deliver a unified message of the restaurant's commitment to family and tradition.
